How Do I Decide What Size Print to Get?
Prints are available in A4 (21cm x 30cm), A3 (30cm x 42cm), and A2 (42cm x 59cm). Some prints also come in A5 (15cm x 21cm). Exact dimensions may vary slightly due to different aspect ratios of individual photos.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
Email me at info@jackwakefield.co as soon as possible so I can try to make changes before anything's sent to the printers.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are sent to be printed within 24 hours. Printing takes 2–5 working days. You should have your order within 10 working days across the UK, Europe, and North America, and within 15 working days for the rest of the world.
How Are the Prints Packaged?
Prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to protect them in transit.
What Paper Are the Prints On?
All prints are Giclée printed on Hahnemühle Photo Pearl 310gsm — a premium, museum-quality stock with a subtle lustre finish. Each print is limited to a run of 50, signed and numbered.
What Does "Limited Edition of 50" Mean?
Each photograph is printed a maximum of 50 times across all sizes. Once all 50 are sold, that print is retired permanently. Each print is signed and numbered (e.g. 7/50).
Do You Offer Framing?
Prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space. I recommend a simple, minimal frame with a white or off-white mount. If you'd like framing recommendations, feel free to get in touch.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes — prints ship worldwide. Delivery to the UK, Europe, and North America is typically within 10 working days. Rest of the world is within 15 working days.
Can I Order a Print That's Not on the Website?
Yes — every photo on my Instagram can be ordered as a print. See the Further Prints page or email me directly.
Can I Return a Print?
Because each print is made to order, I can't accept returns unless the print arrives damaged. If there's an issue with your order, please email me at info@jackwakefield.co with a photo and I'll sort it out.
