Refund policy
Because each print is made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the print arrives damaged.
If there's an issue with your order — damage in transit, a printing defect, or anything else — please email info@jackwakefield.co with a photo and I'll sort it out.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, email me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to make changes before anything is sent to the printer.
